Indian Summer
Photography: Photography: Randy Mayor; Styling: Jan Gautro; This drink comes from the sultry plains of New Delhi. Gin was originally used, but preferences have lately changed to milder-tasting vodka. This recipe serves 2 but is easy to multiply. For testing, we used Laxmi Natural Tamarind Concentrate, available in ethnic markets.
